The Steyr M9-A1 bicolor air pistol is a faithful copy of the real model Steyr Mannlicher M9-A1, which is produced by the Danish manufacturer ASG on the basis of a purchased license from the Austrian manufacturer Steyr. The gun is equipped with a safety against an unwanted shot and Tru-Glo light guide sights, just like the real model. The internal components are made of metal alloy, the body is mostly made of scratch-resistant polymer. The cartridge is inserted into the stock, as well as the metal magazine for steel 4.5mm BB shots, which can also be purchased separately. An excellent and durable weapon for fast destructive BB shot shooting with simple operation and handling.
The principle of the CO system: a single-use 12g cartridge is inserted into the weapon and mechanically closed and impaled on the mandrel. When the trigger is pulled, the cock hits the valve striker and the valve opens. This is where CO gas from the cartridge begins to flow, which propels the bullet out of the barrel. One cartridge lasts about 60-80 shots, depending on the model of the weapon, the ambient temperature and the rate of fire. Cartridges are disposable, they must be fired and not left in the gun under unnecessary pressure.
